Position Summary

The Hand Assembly Assistant supports the final stages of the manufacturing process by preparing finished products for shipment. This hands-on, entry-level role focuses on inspecting print quality, counting and stacking products, assembling partitions, and preparing boxes to meet customer specifications. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build foundational manufacturing skills and advance into machine-support roles such as Assistant Machine Operator.
