We are seeking a hands‑on HAM (Hardware Asset Management) Consultant to continuously improve our client’s HAM processes using ServiceNow HAM Pro.

• You will analyze the business impacts of HAM Pro plug in to other modules in ServiceNow, understand the existing processes and workflows, and then design the new processes leveraging features and workflows in HAM Pro.
• You will be the primary person managing the end user assets.
• You will also work with technical teams to integrate with other data sources, enable governance and controls (both preventative and reactive).

This is a consulting role with one of Canada’s major banking clients, requiring 37.5 working hours per week.
