Job Description

Piper Companies is looking to hire an onsite Hardware Engineering Program Manager, which is an onsite position (Monday-Friday) near San Jose, CA. The Hardware Engineering Program Manager role will oversee complex hardware development programs across cross-functional engineering and supply chain teams, to deliver next-generation data center technologies that eliminate communication bottlenecks and significantly accelerate AI performance.

Responsibilities of the Hardware Engineering Program Manager:

  • Lead end-to-end product development programs from concept through production and launch, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, and supply chain
  • Drive cross-functional execution across hardware disciplines including electrical, mechanical, thermal, optical, ASIC, and systems engineering teams
  • Own program schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables; enforce accountability using tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Projec...
