Job Overview: Lead and support the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents during the morning shift, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being. Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents and staff based on respect, equality, and teamwork. Duties & Responsibilities: will include, but not limited to Act as the senior care assistant on duty during shifts, overseeing smooth and efficient care delivery.
