Accounting Head

We are looking for an Accounting Head to lead our Finance team in Bogotá. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial information, overseeing the preparation of financial statements, and ensuring full compliance with local and international accounting standards. You will play a key role in our monthly closing cycles, regulatory reporting, and continuous improvement of accounting processes - all while leading and developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with IFRS (NIIF) and local Colombian accounting standards.
• Oversee monthly accounting closing cycles, including provisions, account reconciliations, and intercompany consolidations.
