Red Chair Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Head Bartender for one of our established clients, a 4* hotel based in Killarney, Co. Kerry.

The Head Bartender will oversee the bar operations and create exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive product knowledge, and a flair for mixology. As the Head Bartender, you will lead a team of bartenders and ensure the highest standards of service.

REQUIREMENTS

· 2+ years’ experience as a Head Bartender or similar role.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Have strong organization, communication and time management skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

· Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.

· Must be flexible to work a variety of different shifts which will include nights and weekends.
