Job Description
- Overseeing controlling activities for the production plant and supporting business operations from a financial perspective
- Coordinating budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Monitoring financial performance and analyzing variances against budget and forecasts
- Supporting month-end closing and financial reporting activities
- Preparing management reports, financial analyses, and business presentations
- Analyzing production costs, operational KPIs, and profitability indicators
- Supporting investment planning and cost optimization initiatives
- Cooperating closely with plant management and international finance teams
- Driving process improvements and supporting implementation of financial standards and procedures
- Managing and developing a small controlling team
- Supporting business decision-making through data analysis and financial insights
