We are looking for a Head of Corporate Governance who will cooperate with the Secretary of the Board to advise and support the Group’s Board and Committees as well as the Boards of subsidiaries in line with the Group’s governance framework and statutory & regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will act as gate keeper of the Group companies’ articles of association, its rules and regulations, ensuring that these support delivery of the Group’s vision as well as ensuring good governance practice.
