Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from regional stakeholders and translate them into system and process implementations;
Support the definition, standardization, and continuous optimization of internal customs and foreign trade processes;
Advise decision-makers on planning new logistics routes, considering international customs regulations and tax aspects, including scenario analyses and alternative concepts;
Act as an internal and external point of contact for customs and foreign trade topics; participate in internal working groups (e.g. customs working groups, customs networks);
Knowledge of customs approvals and simplifications;
