We are looking for a VP of Growth ( digital/performance marketing agency background preferred with exposure to organic marketing as well) to drive end-to-end growth across multiple consumer fintech products such as LenDenClub & InstaMoney.

This is not just an acquisition role. This leader will be responsible for:

• GTM strategy
• User acquisition and engagement strategy
• Ownership of strategy execution
• Cross-functional growth orchestration (Product & Marketing)
• Ultimately owning business numbers (GMV, MAU, ATS, Revenue )
