Job Description

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading Multinational Engineering Consultancies company. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 15-20 years' experience in industrial project for the job of Head of Engineering & Design. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Report directly to the Director
  • Responsible for all projects assigned to the Design & Engineering (D&E) Cluster, in terms of financial result, time, quality, client satisfaction, etc.
  • Achieve the yearly target capacity utilization rates of the team members and the efficiency of staff occupancy within the Advisory Group (AG), in line with the budget or adjusted targets if instructed by the DAG.
  • Manage the Design & Engineering (D&E) Cluster, take responsibility for development of the D&E team at strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
