We`re seeking someone to join our Finance Model Control Office team as a Senior Executive Director in Finance to lead model and tool governance across the global finance organization. This role reports to the Global Head of Finance Operations and manages a geographically distributed team of FTEs and consultants. The Head of MCO is accountable for establishing and maintaining robust model risk management practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in relevant jurisdictions, and serving as a partner to senior finance and Firm Model Risk Management (MRM) leadership. The team partners closely with first- and second-line risk teams, operating as 1.5 line for model risk management governance and assurance, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm`s financial and capital resources.
