Job Description
For a our client with focus on private markets solutions ,we are looking for a Head of Growth
As Head of Growth, you will be the primary driver of revenue growth, institutional relationships, and commercial strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO & Chairman, you will own the entire commercial function from day one.
This is a builder role. There is no existing team to inherit and no playbook to follow.
Commercial Strategy
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy targeting GPs, LPs, family offices, and private banking networks
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach to contract signature
- Design pricing, packaging, and commercial terms in partnership with the CEO
- Build and manage a pipeline of key accounts across private banking networks, systemic LPs, and multi-family offices
- Develop strategic partnerships with intermediaries, advisors, and industry associations (e.g., AIFI, AIPB)
