Key Skills & Qualifications:• Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
•Industry Recognized Vendor certification, which is relevant to hospitality systems will be an advantage
• 8–10 years of experience in hospitality technology, including hotel development or major capital projects. Minimum 2 years in senior management
• Strong understanding of hospitality systems (CRM, OTAs, Channel Managers, Booking Engines)
• Experience with policy formulation/implementation/Monitoring
• Experience with Strategy formulation/Implementation/Monitoring
• Budgeting/Cost Control Skills
• Good grasp of cybersecurity and compliance best practices
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
