Ensure that products and services meet established standards, compliance, and customer expectations by developing quality control processes, conducting audits, and leading continuous improvement initiatives
Standards & Procedures: define, document, and implement quality standards, specifications, and procedures for products and processes
Quality Control & Assurance: monitor, test, and inspect products and raw materials throughout the production cycle to ensure they meet requirements
Auditing & Compliance: plan and execute internal audits and ensure compliance with legal, safety, and industry standards (e.g., ISO)
Continuous Improvement: use data analysis (e.g., SPC, root cause analysis) to identify defects, reduce waste, and implement corrective/preventive actions
Team Leadership: lead, train, and supervise quality assurance personnel
