Our client, a leading life insurance company in Indonesia, is seeking an experienced Head of Distribution & Sales (VP) to lead and accelerate the growth of its bancassurance distribution business

Reporting to the CEO, this role will be responsible for developing and executing the distribution strategy, driving sales performance, strengthening strategic banking partnerships, and leading high-performing sales teams
