The Head of Sales is responsible for leading the Radiology Sales organization across North LATAM, driving revenue growth, profitable order intake, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction. The role is accountable for defining and executing the regional sales strategy, managing the sales pipeline and forecasting process, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring alignment with AGFA's business objectives and market opportunities.

What You’ll Do (Duties & Accountabilities)

• Maintain a positive working relationship with Agfa Healthcare’s local and global professional sales and service organization.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors’ solution offerings.
