The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking a Technical Support Manager for the A220 Line A to join our Technical Support team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the technical support team and production managers. You will be part of the TSFS (Technical Support) team responsible for handling technical issues that fall outside the direct control of operators and Front‑Line Managers (FLMs), while focusing on identifying, analyzing, and resolving recurring technical challenges. Providing an end‑to‑end (E2E) perspective at the shop floor level within the production team is a crucial aspect of the role.
