Overview

Our client is looking for a Head of Tax to join their Accounting Department. If you have experience advising and mitigating tax risks in a private enterprise environment, while overseeing the tax compliance for an entire organization, then this role is for you.

Our client, an Investment Management firm based in Toronto, is motivated to expand and develop its internal tax function and is looking for a dynamic leader to elevate the organization’s tax strategy and operations. This pivotal role will oversee the full tax lifecycle, including compliance, strategic planning, and provide fund structure tax guidance across public and private market investments.

The Head of Tax will drive efficiency, reduce external advisory costs, and provide strategic tax counsel to executive leadership.
