Head of Tech (m/f/d)
Location: Frankfurt or Poznań (hybrid)
Scope: Engineering, Infrastructure, Architecture & Security
Teylor is a fast-growing European fintech company with the mission to reshape financing for small and medium-sized enterprises. By combining digital lending, factoring, and SaaS solutions, we are building a scalable financial platform for the European market.
We are looking for a Head of Tech (m/f/d) who takes end-to-end ownership of our technology landscape.
This is not a pure coding or pure management role. It’s a hands-on leadership position where you orchestrate:
