Job Responsibilities

• Manages and supervises the Supply Chain Management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
• Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Supply Chain Management
• Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of Responsibility
• Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of Responsibility
• Manages and supervises multiple org units within Supply Chain Management
• Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field
