Cohesion X is seeking a highly analytical university graduate to join our team as a Graduate AI Token Economics Analyst. This role is focused on helping us manage, measure, and optimise the cost of running advanced AI systems. As AI usage grows across our platforms and customers, token economics has become a critical part of how we build scalable, efficient, and commercially sustainable AI solutions.

In this position, you will work with data, usage patterns, AI model costs, performance metrics, and optimisation strategies to help reduce unnecessary AI spend while maintaining high-quality outputs. You will collaborate closely with technical teams to understand how different AI models, workflows, and prompts affect both cost and performance, and you will support the development of internal frameworks for AI cost management.
