The role is a highly visible and interactive part of the Headwaters Arts offering. As such the individual will be a representative of the organization and our strategic partner, the Alton Mill Arts Centre (Alton Mill Inc.), and be expected to conduct themselves in a highly interactive and professional manner.

Responsibilities

General Administration

• Present/promote the Headwaters Arts Gallery and art work to visitors
• Act as an ambassador for the Alton Mill Arts Centre by greeting and directing guests accordingly and maintain a visitor log
• Process sales and administer Point of Sales System (Square) enter new inventory, track sales and update as needed.
• General clerical – process mail, answer e-mails and answer telephone
