They are seeking a Health & Safety Manager to lead and continuously improve their company‑wide safety program while supporting ongoing growth across multiple civil construction projects. This position is based out of Nanaimo, BC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) program.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of 4+ Construction Safety Officers (CSOs) supporting civil construction crews across Vancouver Island and the Central Coast.
