Job Description

The Position

  • Plan and deliver engaging social events on site

  • Conduct a variety of group fitness activities and classes for residents

  • Implement and assist in the coordination of company-wide health initiatives

  • Monitor and maintain all sporting, leisure and recreational activities / facilities on site

  • Conduct Health Assessments and Gym Inductions for residents

  • Provide educational seminars as required

  • Ensure communication and reporting processes are followed

    • The Person

  • A Certificate IV in Fitness, Diploma of Sport and Recreation or health related degree is essential

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar environment

  • Current first aid and CPR certificate mandatory

  • Australian manual driver’s licence

  • Events/Community Engagement experience - highly desirable

  • Yoga/Pilates/Breath Work Qualifications/Certificates - ...
