DeVry Greenhouses is looking for a proactive and hands-on Health & Safety Lead to join our People & Culture team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating safe, healthy workplaces and wants to take ownership of programs that directly impact employee well-being across our operations in BC, Alberta, and Michigan.

In this role, you will lead and evolve our Health & Safety program by driving compliance, improving systems and processes, supporting injury prevention initiatives, and fostering a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
