About the Role

We are hiring a Healthcare Operations Manager to support backend operations for a growing behavioral health service provider.

This is a hands‑on, high‑accountability role for someone who can manage workflows while also improving systems and creating structure in a growing environment.

You should be comfortable with ambiguity, able to solve problems independently, and capable of improving operational processes without being told exactly how.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Improve recruiting, onboarding, and hiring coordination workflows
• Support intake operations and insurance verification tracking
• Oversee scheduling coordination between clinicians and clients
• Improve operational documentation and visibility across processes
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
