Major Job Functions:

  • Safety conscience team player with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with a high attention to detail
  • Comply and engage with all safety requirements from customer and Finning
  • Trouble shooting equipment and perform repairs independently
  • Interface with customers, products and sales support
  • Working with the supervisor on various tasks and duties as needed
  • Maintain Finning Customer Service Commitment
  • Perform component intervention diagnosis and repairs
  • Perform field runner duties and in mine repairs as needed
  • Perform undercarriage repairs as needed

    • Qualifications:

  • Interprovincial Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic Certification
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Heavy Duty Mechanic in a mining environment
  • Valid class 5 driver’s license with a successful recent drivers abstract
