Scope & Impact

Full strategic responsibility for HEMA outcomes in the Nordics with high autonomy and direct impact on access success, innovation adoption, and revenue sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute HEMA strategy for the Nordics countries aligned with DePuy Synthes and EMEA priorities.
• Develop and deliver market access and funding strategies to enable adoption and sustainable growth.
