We are seeking a High Performance Manager (HPM) to lead and elevate all performance‑based fitness experiences at Altea Winnipeg. In this role you will oversee the growth of our Diamond, LF3, and Signature Studio departments, ensuring members receive expert coaching, science‑backed programming, and results‑driven training.

As a High Performance Manager, you will:

• Lead a team and coach small‑group workouts using a proven, results‑based training system.
