N’Kwala School is a First Nation operated independent school offering a kindergarten to grade 12 programming. Currently we have an enrolment of 17 students, making class sizes very small, and allowing for more one-on‑one time for teacher and students. N’Kwala School is surrounded by rolling hills and the natural environment and is located in the beautiful Nicola Valley approximately 90 km south of Kamloops and approximately 50 km east of Merritt. On‑site accommodations and daycare are available for the successful candidate. The high school teaching position currently oversees a grade 8‑9 classroom of approximately 5 students, as well as an online program for students in 10‑12 of approximately 2 students.
