In Trench Canada, we deliver state-of-the-art, safe, and reliable instrument transformers, coils, and bushings for seamless energy transmission. We enable society to harness the power of electricity with reliability and performance through customized engineering and innovation. This full-time senior role leads the High Voltage Test Lab for Instrument Transformers, overseeing day-to-day operations, long-term innovation, and strategic initiatives within the lab. The position is based on-site and targets a Senior level with 5+ years of experience. Your Tasks
Lead and mentor supervisors and unionized lab personnel, fostering a culture of performance and safety. Manage engineering and technical functions within the test lab, ensuring high-quality testing and analysis. Develop and enforce standardized testing protocols in line with IEEE, CSA, and other global standards. Strategically manage lab cost center and budgets (CAPEX/OPEX), equipment lifecycle planning, pre...
