About the Role

Timmins Animal Hospital is seeking a Hospital Manager committed to delivering high-quality care for pets and driving growth within the community.

The Manager will lead the onsite team, ensuring best practices, employee engagement, and operational excellence across medical, administrative, and marketing functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment initiatives to grow the practice from a companion animal hospital to include emergency and referral services
• Expand clinical services and service offerings
• Develop strong marketing campaigns to promote new service offerings and increase patient volume
• Foster relationships with college programs to aid in recruitment initiatives
