Qualifications
- Oversee day-to-day running of the Hospitality Service, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Review and organise incoming bookings and ensure delivery of orders is managed within BaxterStorey service guidelines
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and sanitation standards
- Assist in monitoring and controlling expenses, including labour costs, food costs, and supplies, to meet goals.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Assist with the setup and arrangement of event venues, including tables, chairs, decorations, and other equipment, as per the client's requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
