HOTEL RECEPTIONIST

The Sovereign Resort Hotel Pty Ltd T/A Sovereign Resort Hotel, located at 128 Charlotte Street, Cooktown QLD 4895, is seeking an organised and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our front office team.

This is a full-time position. The successful applicant will receive a yearly salary of $77320.88 per annum plus superannuation.

As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be responsible for delivering professional reception and guest services while supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the hotel front office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

·Assisting in training and supervision of front office employees of a lower grade.

·Dealing with incoming, outgoing and transferring of telephone calls to the hotel

·Taking, recording and booking room reservations
