**Duties and Responsibilities**

As Housekeeping Porter I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:

Responsible for collecting the guest's luggages and other belongings and bring them down to the Cave upon check out

Responsible for collecting soiled linen and replacing areas with processed linen.

Ensure par level of linen is monitored daily.

Collect required stock supplies for shift.

Support Room Attendant if needed

Ensure all supplies and cleaning equipment are in good working condition and stored in proper locations.

Ensure that guest requests for additional linen are delivered promptly.

Return any lost and found items to the Laundry Supervisor and complete required forms.

Report equipment failure, damage to furnishings or missing items to Supervisor.

Handle guest requests and immediately refer issues and feedback to Supervisor.
