About the Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented HR Administrator to support day-to-day people operations and administrative work across the employee lifecycle. This role partners closely with the HR Operations Specialist to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate HR records, and consistent execution of core HR processes.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, organization, and supporting a growing People function.
What You'll Do:
Onboarding Support:
- Coordinate pre-boarding tasks for new hires, including system access, documentation, and readiness checks
- Schedule orientation sessions and prepare onboarding materials
- Maintain and evolve new hire checklists; track task completion to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
