Job Description
Elevate your career as the HR Business Advisory Services Manager with the City of Red Deer. Lead strategic HR efforts and serve as a trusted advisor to city leaders in a permanent full-time role.
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this pivotal position oversees the HR advisory team while delivering integrated HR solutions aimed at fostering organizational effectiveness. You will engage with internal clients ensuring top-notch HR service delivery and compliance.
