Job Description
Join our HR Operations team as a Workday Analyst in Toronto to innovate HR processes. This full-time position involves problem resolution and ensuring data integrity in the HCM system.
You will report to the Manager of HR Operations & Reporting, supporting daily Workday transactions and ensuring accurate master data. A minimum of 2-4 years in HR roles with Workday experience is required. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be vital for conducting audits, managing employee data, and improving system functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Workday transactions and employee records
• Conduct audits to maintain data integrity
• Create alerts for proactive data management
• Support HR reporting with standardized data
• Maintain confidentiality in handling HR information
Requirements:
• 2-4 years in HR systems roles, specifically Workday
• Advanced Excel skills and MS Office proficiency
• Strong communication skills across all levels
