Job Description
Advance your HR career as the HR, Pensions, and Benefits Coordinator at Parker. In a hybrid model, this role emphasizes payroll accuracy and employee benefits enrollment.
This pivotal position reports directly to the Country HR Manager for Canada. You will manage payroll submissions and oversee perks administration while generating job postings and supporting the HR team. Additionally, you'll prepare compliance audit reports, ensuring that all processes align with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Manage payroll time and attendance submissions
β’ Oversee perks onboarding and administration
β’ Generate job postings for new hires
β’ Prepare monthly and quarterly audit reports

Requirements:
