Staffmax is assisting our client in hiring an organized and professional HR Assistant for a 4-month contract. This position supports the Human Resources department by performing administrative duties and helping with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations tasks.
Contract Length: 4 MonthsΒ
Location: Vancouver, BC
Key Responsibilities:
Β· Support HR with recruitment by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and screening resumes
Β· Prepare onboarding documents and coordinate new hire orientations
Β· Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Β· Assist in organizing training sessions and performance reviews
Β· Help with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
