Job Description

Your contribution


  • Serve as the primary HR contact for managers at the Trento plant, providing strategic and operational guidance on HR topics such as labor law, performance, development and day‑to‑day people matters.

  • Ensure effective collaboration with regional and global CoE teams, supporting the local execution of HR processes, systems and initiatives (. performance management, talent development, culture, total rewards, HR reporting).

  • Maintain a constructive and compliant relationship with the Workers Council, sharing relevant information, supporting negotiations and ensuring adherence to legal and company requirements.

  • Analyze and monitor HR KPIs and workforce‑related data to proactively identify trends, challenges and opportunities, recommending actions that improve business and people performance.
