Job Description
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**A BRIEF OVERVIEW**
Acts as a strategic advisor and HR expert by aligning HR strategies with business goals, while providing support and guidance to management and employees.
**YOUR DAY-TO-DAY**
- Develop Human Resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information and recommending courses of action.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating changes, enforcing adherence, and advising management on necessary actions.
- Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems
- Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.
- Assist in evaluating reports, decisions, and outcomes in relation to established departmental goals. Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continuously improve department efficiency and service delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
