Job Description
Support HR operations as a People & Performance Operations Coordinator with Westland Insurance Group Ltd. in a hybrid role from our Surrey, BC Head Office. Drive effective employee support and operational improvement.
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Business, Administration, or Human Resources, coupled with a minimum of two years of HR experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and hands-on understanding of HRIS systems like Ceridian Dayforce is crucial. You will manage inquiries and support all HR operational functions.

β’ Oversee the management of the AskHR inbox
