HR Coordinator – Regina, SK. Serve as the primary HR contact and support Human Resources operations across the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Kronos and Workday data entry.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR administration questions and payroll concerns.
• Act as the Workday and Kronos superuser, supporting business units with training, reporting, process improvement, data integrity, and employee data changes.
• Run Workday and Kronos reports on HR business metrics to support decision‑making.
• Drive operational excellence and efficiency in HR processes to enable the organization to respond to changing priorities.
• Administer Leave of Absence processes.
• Maintain strong knowledge of HR legal requirements related to day‑to‑day operations, reduce legal risks, and assist with regulatory compliance.
