HR Operations & Data Coordinator

The HR department in Yinson Production in Norway (YPAS) supports about 75 employees and managers onshore from 19 nationalities. The premises are spacious and modern and are very centrally located right by the harbour next to City Hall. We are a strong and collaborative team working seamlessly across borders, where time zones are the only factor that distinguishes us.

This position will be supporting the HR Manager in YPAS and the Global Director of HR. The primary focus will be on the operational and system related aspects of HR‑data and payroll processes. The role will contribute to high quality HR‑service delivery, efficient digital HR‑processes, accurate payroll execution, and strong data quality and analysis.
