The successful candidate will work with the Senior Manager, HRIS and Analytics and will be responsible for driving forward our people analytics and insights strategy. This will be across our employee life cycle and play a pivotal role in driving the organization towards a data-driven and insight-led culture.
What You'll DO
Support in defining and executing the long-term Reporting and Analytics priorities that align with business needs.
Establish governance frameworks and best practices that ensure data quality, security, and compliance across all reporting initiatives
Drive adoption of analytics-driven decision-making across the organization
