Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The HR Generalist supports aligning the FORVIA people strategy with local business needs. They act as an administrative HR expert and the trusted go‑to partner for FORVIA employees within their perimeter. The role is a strategic partner for business stakeholders, setting priorities, driving values, and delivering business results.

• Act as trusted HR expert for all FORVIA employees at your site.
• Manage the organizational structure and the recruitment process for indirect employees.
• Manage all operational administrative tasks regarding HR topics.
