<p><strong>Purpose of the role</strong></p> <p>The purpose of this post is to lead the delivery of high‑quality internal workforce data, analytics, and statutory reporting, enabling the HR Team, particularly the Director of People and Culture, HR Business Partners, and senior leaders, to make evidence‑based decisions.</p> <p>The role has accountability for the delivery of required workforce reporting to support statutory and regulatory compliance, for example working time compliance monitoring (including EWTD), alongside workforce metrics and position control data. This ensures transparency, assurance, and meaningful insight to support strategic and operational HR planning.
