As HR Information Systems Manager, you will be pivotal in managing the integrity and functionality of Hudbay's HR systems. Your leadership will include defining a multi-year roadmap that enhances operational efficiencies and aligns with business strategies. You will also manage third-party vendors to maximize value from HR technology investments and ensure best practices across the organization.
